What are Bach Remedies?

The Bach Flower Essences  are homeopathic- like remedies made from specific flowers researched by Dr. Edward Bach in England in the early 1900's. The remedies contain the vibration of the flower, but no substance of the flower, and thereby do not interact with medications.

What do the Bach Remedies help?

These  remedies are designed to help clear the interference in our  personality.  There are remedies to clear fear, anger, jealousy,  uncertainty, over-sensitivity, depression, overwhelm, anxiety,  distractability, self-sabotage and many other internal obstacles that we  put in our way.

How do I know which Bach Remedies to take?

We meet either  in person or over the phone, and I ask you the set of questions  designed by Dr. Bach for that purpose.  Your answers determine what  remedies you will combine to create your custom blend.  My 24 years of  expertise supports you in determining your choices. 

How do I take Bach Remedies?

Bach  Remedies are liquid preparations. You receive a one-ounce dropper  bottle which is mostly water, about 5% preservative (either brandy or  vinegar) and 2 drops each of 5 or 6 Bach Remedies.  (The more a  homeopathic-like remedy is diluted, the stronger it gets). You take 4  drops 4 times per day for a month, and then decide if you would like a  refill or a different set of remedies.  Most people take the same  formula for a few months while gradual lasting change sets in.

How long does it take to work?

The  rule of thumb is one month for every year you have had the behavior you  want to correct.  Adding conscious awareness to the process can shorten  the time. Adding Body-Mind practices can also shorten the time  involved.

How much do Bach Remedies cost?

The full consultation including your remedies for one month is  $115.  A refill of the same remedies is $15. Most people find they use the same formula for a few to several months.
